Ge side by side not freezin
My ge side by side is not freezing at all, and there is water running out all over the floor.. There is a run off hole at the bottom of the freezer that just doesn't seem to work at all... I changed the heater twice since I got the fridge. It worked for about three years and now it's gone again.. Can some tell me what is wrong with this appliance.

The refrigerator side is very warm. The inside of the freezer is not iced up on the coils and is still making ice, although it seems a bit warmer than usual.
