    GE Refrigerator model GSS25JFMBWW Ice maker dispenser flapper open and close every 3 to five minutes while not being in use. I unplug the power cord and replug it back in; consequently, this action reset the flapper back to its normal operation. When I use the dispenser again, the flapper will malfunction again until I unplug and replug the power cord.
