    Ge dishwasher does not clean
    Ge dishwasher does not clean, seems to dain more than it washes.
    Soap just lays in bottom on washer.

    It seems your fill valve is not allowing enough water into the machine to allow it to do its job OR the pump is tired and need to be replaced.
