    I'm guessing it's timer, perhaps a clock motor. 60rph would be 1rpm

    I see now what it may be. A timer for a low voltage, 24 volt control. You find these at C.C. ****son or Baker Brothers Supply, or any air conditioning parts house. DrTom4444
