    Electrical for a new garbage disposal and Didhwasher
    I'm adding a new Garbage Disposal abd Dishwasher and planned to use a 20amp breaker and 12/3 wire to drive both. Is this an issue.

    No, why do you ask?

    The only issue to be careful with is to be sure to mechanically splice the neutral at the point the two circuits split off into two wire extensions. Do not use the screw terminals on a device, such as a receptacle, to connect a shared neutral. Not allowed by code.
