Drum stops when start switch is released
I'm working on a Kenmore dryer (110.62952100). The drum will only turn if the start button is held down. Also, when the start button is held down, the drum turns but the heating element doesn't turn on. I verified that all the thermal overload switches are OK as well as the thermostat cutoff switch.

I used an ohmeter to check start button, thermal fuse, timer, thermostats and they all check out OK. I'm afraid it's the motor and don't know how to get to it to test with ohmeter.
