Commercial dishwasher leaving white residue on glasses and silverware.
Our commercial dishwasher is leaving really bad white residue on our glasses and silverware. According to the technician, our chemicals (detergent, sanitizer and rinse) is the problem. We have been using the current chemicals for the past 4 months... Now all of a sudden the residue shows up... Our water temp is at 130-140 degrees... What can I do besides buying a more expensive line of chemicals. Or is there anything I should be doing before I change the chemicals?

Yep, do a load with a lemonaide flavored kool-aid packet in it.

Whirlpool dishwasher--leftover detergent, spotty glasses/utensils [ 1 Answers ]

Thanks so much for providing this service. This is my first question here. We're now regretting that we replaced a 23-year-old KitchenAid dishwasher in May with a Whirlpool GU2455XTSQ. We chose that brand because of its reliability record in Consumer Reports, and that model because it came out...
