    Ac fan problems.
    I have a maples chase thermostat #9600 the fan will not shut down. I have reset the unit ,turned off at breaker but it comes back on and will not shut off. I'm going on vacation tomorro please help!!

    Cut the power to the unit, remove the t-stat and disconnect the green (or whatever color) wire from the G terminal. G is the fan. Them you can restore power and see if that did it. I think the t-stat is bad. Or you can just trip the breaker and deal with it when you get back ? I will be on-line for a couple more hours, let me know what happens.
