    2001 maytag mdg3500bww how do I release belt tension for drum removal
    Schematics on line show going through the front, is this the same for this machine?

    You reach in there and take the belt tensioner loose. It is spring-loaded and just comes out, but watch how it goes back. Here are some manuals: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/...g%20Dryers.zip
