    'Unknown format' on iPad
    Hi all, I am new here. Glad to join the community!


    There's a WORD file that I've been working on for month, most of which was written on my iPad Air 2. But since I have downloaded the lates iOS 11.1.6, I cannot open it. The file gives the following message: 'Unknown format'.

    May I know has anyone got this error?

    Yes, as with the new update some of the older or "unknown" software stopped working. Just do a search for something compatable or try reinstalling the program you were using.
