    Denied access
    Cannot receive mail. Message: POP Server pop.att.yahoo.com rejected password Entered password, confirmed password, no good, still get the same message. I can get my e-mail if I go through the Yahoo.com website but not directly from my computer. HELP

    Hi Linda,

    I have a few questions:

    1) What software are you using? (Outlook, Thunderbird, etc.)

    2) What is your operating system? (Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows XP, Mac OS X 10.5, etc.)

    3) If using Windows, what anti-virus software do you use, is your anti-virus software up-to-date, and have you changed anything about your anti-virus software recently?

    Well she did post this in the Apple forum so I assume it's a Mac.
    Linda, how long ago were you able to access your Yahoo mail using a local mail client? I was under the impression that you had to upgrade Yahoo to a paid account in order to do so?
