    Mac - Pool ball on email header - can't get rid of it
    I use a Mac and I use the Mac Mail program for email. My emails all have a pool ball, an eight ball on the top of my email header. I don't see it when I'm creating the email, but it is on each email I send and the recipient sees it.

    How can I get rid of it?

    I think it's a system preferred vcard avatar. You can change it but I am almost certain you have to have something there. I will do more research and let you know what I find!
