    Mac osx reinstall problems.
I have purchased a version of Mountain Lion. I did a clean install on my computer and now when I log it it shows my profile, then a silhouette profile that says update needed. If I click on that profile nothing happens. But why is it there and how do I make it go away. Do I have to run another clean install again? I have check Apple's forums nothing there that helps, apple won't help without an appointment and $$ for what I'm sure is a simple fix.

Do you have a Time machine backup of your system before the update? If so load the backup back onto your mac and turn off the old filevalt and decrypt your home folder then install MtnLion. And then turn on filevalt
