    Swollen Ankles after cruise
    Hello,
    I just return from a 3 day cruise and I have swollen ankles... What can I do??

    Your diet on the cruise must have contained a lot of hidden salt. If your ankles don't go down in a week, go see your doctor. Try abstaining from salt and drink a lot of fluid and see if that helps.

    Yes salt and rich foods
    Try eating lots of fresh fruits especially cherries and berries
