Are you talking about attending an institute that teaches Hands on Healing? I do not know where you live but there is such a place in Los Angeles - Massage Therapy School Los Angeles - Hands On Healing Institute

If you are talking about reading up on Hands on Healing then please see:
The International Center for Reiki Training
    Spiritual Hands On Healing
    Healing Hands - Crystalinks
Hands on Healing, Faith Healing, Spiritual Healing, Christian Healing, Miraculous Healing
    Your Healing Hands

If you are looking at Hands on Healing from a religious point of view, talking to a Pentecostal Priest or Pastor would give you insight. But you are not likely to get lessons on hands on healing - it is considered a gift of the Holy Spirit.

The other methods, such as Reiki, you can learn. Good luck to you.

Awsome links, I will look them up. I believe everybody has energy and if trained to use it properly you can use your energy to heal others without even touching them. So cool. Just wanted to say I am interested in it as well.

If hands on healing works, why doesn't it work ALL the time? The healers seem to think their power comes from the Spirit world, but if it comes from God, who is raising the dead today?
The healing that was practiced in Bible times is a completely different thing.

You cannot equate healers such as Benny Hinn with the so called psychic healers. They call on different sources. That is why hands on healing is never something to be taken lightly. Then there are the natural healers who claim they draw on the person's energies to heal.

Healing is not going to work all the time. We are never promised that. The only One who could heal 100% of the time was Christ.

I am new to this site, and I'm also a Holistic Health Practitioner. Specializing in Reiki (3 different types) and crystal therapy and Chakra therapy.

Reiki is using energy to heal. I am a master/teacher. So I am able to do distance teaching and healings as well. This is a very strong route of 'hands on healing' if you would like to try it. I was taught by Allison Daulhaus of Reiki Blessings Academy.
