The Mannatech Company sells Ambrotose.

I have used Ambrotose for my son who has Down's Syndrome. A friend of mine, who has a child with Down's Syndrome told me about it and she swore by Ambrotose - said it improved her child's immune system. It did work for my son also, although he has not used it for over a year.
