    How would a fertilizer manufacturing company work all year round, when the demand is only seasonal

    Because they have to keep up with demand and get their stocks up and running for the new season. Big fertilizer companies have customers living in warmer climates so there probably is a demand year round.

    We have a grass seed and fertilizer company in our town and they work all year round.

I am planning to put down the weed control fertilizer in middle to late May. I also just picked up crabgrass control fertilizer and will be putting it down this weekend. Is it also okay to put down starter fertilizer around the same time as the crabgrass control or is that too much for the lawn?
