    If you are asking about an email you received from a "member of the military" about a sum of money they found and deposited, NO!

    Depending on the bank and its relationship with associations, I can use my credit card to get money in almost any place in the world. I may have to find out which bank and what their charges are.

    I can also open a bank account in almost any place in the world.
