Is an employer required to pay employees Per Diem while requiring them to work out of town? Please cite the law, if there is one for the state of Oregon.

Most is going to depend on how your set up for the trip. If everything is already set up through the hotel which includes meals and your transportation is provided then you will not recieve one.
