I have a brand new Dell All in One Computer, not set up as wireless. I have an Epson Printer XP 400, which I used all the time with my Windows 7 Program, BUT NOW I HAVE WINDOWS 10.
The printer works FINE currently, but I need to change the cartridges in the printer.
Previously, it was done through the Windows 7 Program. (To Move The cartridges to the left so I could access them to replace them).
I do not know how to do this through Windows 10.
I have an Epson Scan Icon, which when I click on it I can see it says WINDOWS 7.
Running the test it shows : INCOMPATIBILITY PROGRAM DETECTED.
THE PRINTER RUNS FINE.
How do I change the cartridges through the Windows 10 Program. Believe it or not I purchased a 3 yr. Maintenance Program and THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THIS. Plus will NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER DELL. HEWLETT PACKWARD I HAD IT FOR 7 1/2 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEM.
Can anyone tell me how to do this?
Thanks

Here's the instructions for changing the cartridge, pretty straightforward: https://files.support.epson.com/htmldocs/xp400_/xp400_ug/source/printers/source/ink_functions/tasks/xp400/removing_installing_cartridges_xp400.html

As for the incompatibility issue, simply install the latest Epson driver, available here: https://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?oid=201986&infoType=Downloads&platform=OSF_W_10-64
