UP-FLUSH discharge going up than gravity drain
Look at pictures let me know what is the best way to construct the 90 degree bend, from UP-flushing bending 90 to gravity drain

Use the long sweep 90 degree fitting at top... no need to use a trap or clean out here. Then, connect the drain pipe to a large drain pipe using a wye and a clean out.

I would also include an isolation valve, check valve, and union...

An isolation valve and a union are always a good idea (requirement) on these, but all macerator pumps I've ever installed have an internal check valve so that should not be needed here. Of course, if you check the installation manual you will see manufacturer recommendation for drain AND vent requirements!
Good luck!
