Have you checked county records? Asked neighbors who've lived there a long time?

Records about what? Taxes, owners, police reports?

Ask about all the legal records from the owner or retailer/agents. Connect to the neighbours ask from them.

Just ask to the real estate agent or simply to the neighbours :)

The owner of the apartment is a good place to start. A lot depends on what you wish to know
