Re; PROVISIONAL CREDIT.

I don't understand why they gave it to me before the dispute is over.
travel agency double charged on 6/1.  On 7/11, bank gave exact amount of provisional credit to me.  The dispute was between 8/9 till 9/28.

There's claim executive in my bank. I reported to her what I did to buy a
Plane ticket on 5/30 and 6/1. It seems that I didn't finish buying the ticket in one time because I bought it for a friend of mine. Because I didn't k now his middle name, I seemed to log out then I started once more from beginning to end. Therefore the travel agency double charged. That is what the exactive said to me. She confirmed a couple of times. I emailed her what I did until I completely fined buying it. I mean I reported her the process which I went through very cautiously as well as in detail.
Is it the reason why she gave me a provisinal credit before the term of dispute is over? I think this is the reason for it. I admitted that I had to logout then log in again. Is it correct?
