I am trying to remember the title of a movie from sometime in the 90's about some kids that live on the beach, California , I think. They witness something a cop does and he goes after them one by one. He shoots one hiding in a barrel and another one in a hotel room. I want to show my nieces and nephews what could happen if you take the wrong path and runaway from home etc. it scared me enough that I still remember bits and pieces of it.
