There are countless ways to define virginity, and with rape just being an assault rather than sexual intimacy, I would say you are a virgin. Is that how you see it? How you feel is most important.

I feel virginity is a choice you make. Since you didn't have a choice in the rape, you should still be considered a virgin.

But honestly, there is a double standard, no one really asks or cares of the man is a virgin, most are concerned about the women.

I have to ask why this concerns you? Virginity is very different for a male than a female. A female can have physical indications of virginity a male doesn't.

So if you want to consider yourself still a virgin since the sex was involuntary, you are free to do so.
