I have a refrigerator of capacity 30 Cu. Ft.
On this a double pane glass door is mounted, weighing 30 Kg
There are two hinges to mount this door on cabinet, with 3 screws on each hinge.
Need to calculate the min. torque required in the screws so that while opening/closing of door torsional movement of hinges could be avoided.
Cabinet dim. (W 34" x D 30" x H 62") (Foamed cabinet)
Door dim. (W 33" x D 1.55" x H 61") (Double pane glass door)
Wt of door 68 lbs
Hinge axis point (Screw mounting hole center to Hinge pin center) 2.785"
Hinge material mild steel
