Do I have a case. My HQ is in Canada. I am US based remote employee.

It's impossible to say. It's illegal for a company to discriminate on the basis of age when laying employees off, but that doesn't mean it's illegal to let someone go who is 60. It depends on the rationale for selecting you for downsizing - factors such as performance reviews, business needs for your position in your particular geographic location, skill sets needed in the restructured company, etc. In many "restructuruing" scenarios companies may do away with entire departments or job classifications - is that what happened here? Were other employees over the age of 50 let go in disproportionate numbers? Without a lot more info no one can tell you whether you might have a case or not.
