Working visa holder, files divorce in TEXAS court against her husband in Philippines(non US citizen) is this a legal divorce in USA and can she marry asap to a US citizen and obtain citizenship?? I read that Philippines do not recognize US decree's, they have anulments, that she has to be a us citizen to file divorce in USA to be final decree?? >email address removed<

Marying a US citizen will not magically bestow you with citizenship... you still have to apply to get immigration status... and married or not its possible and even likely to get denied.

It appears the entire purpose of this post is an attempt to circumvent the rules, laws and processes to immigrate.

And the rush to divorce, and remarry ASAP will be a red flag further hindering this.
