HELP! :(

I am studying biology in college and I am a very quiet person when it comes to unusual symptoms that I feel, so I am reaching out for help before I decide to go to the doctor.

SYPTOMS
- extreme dizziness (standing, sitting, laying down)
- nausea (especially late at night)
- mild discomfort in my ovaries
- more discharge to the point where my panties feel very wet
- frequent urinating, but in small amounts

I have considered these options.. either I have

- an ovarian cyst **
- something wrong with the balance in my ears
- early signs of pregnancy

I took an ept that came out negative , and my period is due in four days. My usual Pms occur two weeks before and include cramping and bloating, this month I have had none of that.

My breasts are not sore but they never are, even during my period.

I am confused on what to do and will appreciate from the bottom of my heart anyone that could help me. Ty <3 :)

We can't diagnose over the internet, and frankly you left out around 200 other possibilities that fit the symptoms you described.

Pregnancy is a possibility, and since you posted this in the pregnancy forum, that's what I'll concentrate on. Your period is not yet due, which is why you tested negative. The early detection pregnancy tests are not at all accurate. In fact, most women do not get an accurate response from an hpt until well into their second month, sometimes their second trimester.

Wait until your period is due. If you miss it, wait a week and then test using first morning urine. If that test is negative wait another week or two before testing again, or until your next period is due.

Agree you will need to wait at least another two weeks to do a pregnancy test, ( first urnine of the morning) But there are dozens of other things. Most of the things you describe are not early pregnancy signs but come on latter.
