Do you remember injuring yourself somehow, say, landing hard on a bicycle seat or when you walked up stairs and misstepped? Is there any injury in that area or more like a feeling of a pulled muscle?

Of course, since we can't examine you, the only way you are going to resolve this is by going to your doctor and letting him/her examine you.
