I have a machine that does fax/scan/copy and it does not want to fax at all. It is giving me an Error Number:0x800ccc0d, Socket Error: 12007. What can I do?

I actually have TWO 2040s. Is yours a 240C or a 2040?

Mine is a 240C. I already have something from "troubleshooting" that I am going to try. Thanks! :)

Just as a sidenote he 2040's are nightmares. I spend more time taking them apart then I do using them to print. Always had Brothers, 2040 is a loser.
