My ice maker has stopped working. I have thawed the freezer and supply line to icemaker. I have replaced the water control valve. Water dispenser is working. Removed ice maker and inspected for visual breakdowns. The control sensor is blinking (blink, blink, off). The ice rake is in the 12:00 position and been there for the past 24 hr.

What do I do next?

Thanks

Check the coils under your refrigerator. They should be cleaned with spray soap and a sprayer on a water hose, if possible. That's really the only way to get greasy dirt off the coils so it will cool down enough to make ice.You will have to remove the back cover after unplugging it and replace it prior to plugging it back in. You can usually pull out the drain pan from the front and clean it, too. Once you have it clean fill the ice maker with water. I just fill a glass with water and fill it. It will take 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize, but you need a thermometer to check it. When the temp in the icemaker gets to zero it should harvest.
