I when to have a bad tooth removed today not a wisdom but the one before it.I felt quite a lot of pain throughout the whole extraction and I endured this pain for a whole hour and they only got half my tooth after drilling,they found it very hard trying to get the other part which they have left in now till I go back for a check up in 5 days will it harm me having bits of tooth still there?
