Years ago I used to help the elderly fill out their paper work for their
Medical co-pays, (including prescriptions) refunds. I am not finding the forms
Out there anymore. This might just be because I am looking in the wrong
Area. I was told by H & are Block that I would use a 1040-A to do this with.
I would love to see a booklet with this information in it, but so far I
Have not been able to see anything. The post office used to carry all the
Forms, but will not be doing that anymore. The library does not have the
Forms in yet. Any clues as to where I could go in order to visually see
These forms on line to know if they are what I am looking for? Thank you...
