How do I upgrade my bad conduct discharge I need medical help & I hope that a discharge upgrade will help me get some veterans medical assistance

This is very, very difficult to accomplish or every dishonorably discharged ex-service person would attempt it in order to collect benefits. Upgrading Your Military Discharge (http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/generalinfo/a/dischargeupg.htm)
