I am wanting to go on a diet. I do water aerobics 3 times a week for 1 hour.
I don't really eat that bad but I drink 2 diet cokes a day.
I have low iron, I'm like a border line diabetic,
I was taking vitamins with iron but it messed up my bowels. I don't have normal bowel
Movements.
I was taking 2 fish oil tablets and calcium.
What does a girl do? Help...

When I had a personal trainer, I was advised to take Vitamin C, B-Complex, and Lysine every day. It is very good for the immune system. If you are anemic, try something called "Gentle Iron". It is mild on the stomach, easier to digest than the regular iron tablets. It is made by Nature's Bounty. Both my youngest son and I take it. He was severely anemic - a hemoglobin of 6.5. After six months of taking it daily, his hemoglobin was 12.8. He now only has to take it once a week and has remained healthy.

Are you being seen by a doctor for your borderline diabetes? If you are, ask him to speak to the nutritionist or dietician. That person can help a great deal.

Good luck to you!
