I've got a Trane XL1600 package unit and one of the relays is sticking on the compressor board. If I tap it with a screwdriver, cold air... Until the unit cycles off.
I bought the board, now I just want to make sure I install it correctly. I'll shut off the breaker, of course, but do I need to do any thing with the caps? I don't feel like getting shocked.
Then I'll transfer the wires off the old board to the new, making sure the labels match. Power up and chill out.
Am I on track here? Thanks!
