I am 18 years old and my Dad has not paid one cent of child support. My mom gave him the chance to be a father and he claims he is unable to produce a child and he denied me several times. So my mom never asked for child support because then that would give him eligibility for custody. Now that I am 18 isn't it possible to get paid back for all the years he didn't pay anything? First, any question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary. So areas do have laws that might allow you to sue for support.

However most don't. Child support is for the custodial parent to use to help raise the child. If mom didn't go for support its unlikely you can now.
