Hello well I'm a 26 year woman who been seeing a guy and we finally decide to have sex but it didn't work out the way I planned due to the fact (this was my first time) nor was he able to enter me during penetration. I feel a lot of pain and try to relax but it wasn't working out for me. We stop and notice blood so I went to the bathroom the bleeding continue and since then I've been spotting. I've tried to relax and find vagina opening and really couldn't see it. I went to my GYN and explain the issues because I thought the blood was from my hymen breaking but he advise that mines was already broken before that night plus he gave birth control to take which I started . I attempted to try and have sex again and the same problem happen again. Spoke with my doctor because I thought something was wrong with my vagina and the spotting still continue, he told me I'm fine its just that I have strong vagina muscle that prevent my vagina to lock up and advise me to relax. As far as the spotting its typical to bleed or spot for a month because its my first time taking birth control and my body has to get use to it. I want to know what do I need to do to relax in order to have sex without pain and without vagina locking up ?

Gee, he needs to help you relax. There's lots of ways but they all take time and patience, not necessarily objects in you. Plus you need lubrication like KY jelly. Your body produces some if you are relaxed.
Insist on some time talking, snuggling, caressing, music, wine, all the stuff many women need. You aren't alone.
