His reaction would probably be the same, and he likely could care less if you are 9 years old instead of 11.

A sixteen year old pursuing an 11, OR 13 year old, is totally inappropriate.

There are laws against this sort of thing, because 11 year olds need to be protected from themselves. You are in NO WAY mature enough to see that you are in a very dangerous position- the age difference physically, developmentally, and emotionally.
