My worcester 240 combi boiler has stopped working. If I turn on the heating or the hot water, the pilot light won't fire up. I can't see the pilot light through the window on the front of the boiler.I can hear the boiler running as normal but it just doesn't fire the gas up. Can anyone help me please?

It might have a bad thermocouple
