You will need a meter,, check power going in and across from the same post check for power coming out,, be careful 230 V bits pretty hard

I have a Intertherm model#FEH-012HA heat only furnace,I disabled the t.stat to check the sequencer(the fan and the strips stayed on)I did this by suggestion. I also changed the t.stat and still the fan will not run in auto.(I left this part out)what do I do now? I'm no electrician but I am a hands on guy and enjoy learning new things, Thank You for any help.

The thermostat has nothing to do with the FAN in AUTO mode since this function is controlled by the heat sequencer in most units. In a heat only application only two wires are used and that is the red and white going to the R-RED and W-WHITE on the thermostat.

As a guess on my part it seems like you might have a sequencer that is not functioning properly OR something is wired wrong.

No problem. Sometimes these things need to be traced down in some logical order or the problem will remain.
