I would like you to help me plan a 6 weekefitness program. Including the time frequency, type and intensity. On exercises like mascular endurance walking, muscular strength, cycling, swimming, jogging. Based on stuctuerd exercise session, on weekly report, rational for program design , evaluation of program and recommendation for the future


The above would include initial fitness assessment and health appraisal
Structured exercise and activity sessions
Weekly progress report
Final fitness assesssment and heakth appraisaland recommendati0ns
