It's a Urea Fertilizer Bulkstore-Dehumidifier system. Its a condenser cooling, Chilled water ACU system type Carrier Semi Hermatic compressor 2 in nos system in one chiller system (combine chiller).System was shut down due to malfunction of the TRV suspected. Ordered to change the filter-drier and renew the TRV welded type TRAE30HW100 6Amps. For R 22 gas system. Renewed as ordered. Purged the affected area.Charged in more gas,and run system and continue charging gas for about 20 minutes. The LP 60 psi, HP 225 psi and Load was 38.5 Amps. At this juncture the TRV equalizing line icing (liquid flow) to retun line. Then the load was 34 amps, LP drop to 38 psi.HP I did not read. And I cannot continue charging gas at 35 amps. Can I know the cause and remedy to this.
My own suggestion is, since it is a new TRV, I might have to adjust, screw down the TRV adjusting screw a little to allow more gas to flow through the line. Such that the liquid line valve will close in. Tks, Allan.

I agree follow your own suggestion since all valves of that type need to be adjusted properly. The icing is always a dead give away unless there is a restriction OR non-condensibles in the system. When you said purge I am sure you meant vac.
