Is there anyplace on the web that would have an internal drawing of a Peerless single-lever faucer? My diverter valve is sticking, and before I take it apart, I'd like to know what to expect inside. Thanks
Jim

Check you local hardware or home center for a kit for it. In addition to useful items such as some O-rings, it might have a good drawing of it.

Good morning JR,  All diverters work the same way.  To change one out you will have to shut the water off under the cabinet.  Now remove the handle and cover plate from the faucet.  This should take you to a brass retaining nut.  Unscrew that and pull up on the spout assembly.  The spout will come off and the small diverter will be located at the base of the open valve body.  If you can not locate a new Peerless diverter click on                     http://www.plumbingworld.com/peerless.html          They will have a Peerless diverter assembly # P5262 for $4.02.  More questions?  I'm as close as a click.  Tom
