Good Afternoon;

I need some help to understand why I'm getting the error, and what I can do to fix it. Its -38 degrees C outside and the furnace is working really hard to keep up... but is unable to do so. Its shutting down the flame constantly... the temperature in the house has dropped to +18 degrees C. Any ideas of what I can do?

Thanks!

Thank you for the link. I found the switch/reset. It doesn't give me a 'positive' lock on reset. Is this normal for the switch?

The furnace is reacting differently now. It is in a 'burn for 1.5 minutes' and 'no burn for 2 (3) minutes' sequence. Is this normal?

Code 33 most commonly occurs as a result of overheating (see "SERVICE" label on front/blower panel). Check for cycling on main limit control, common symptom of an overheating condition.
