Coleman evcon model #bgm075166
Here is process:
I turn to temp with thermostat
Furnace comes on and there's a click for the ignitor
Ignitor glows then flame is started
Ignitor clicks then turns off
Then the flame cuts off shortly after the ignitor does
The furnace then retries to ignite 2 times and fails and shuts down with 7 flash code which indicates "ignition lockout due to retries"

At first I thought maybe house temp is just too warm for the furnace to start but it takes the house temp to drop a lot until it self-ignite
When it does self-ignite it works fine and comes on properly
Always seem to have this problem during late night ,early morning hours

Locate and clean the flame sensor. You will usually find it situated in front of the main burner OPPOSITE the ignitor, looks like a ceramic-insulated rod connected to a single wire. Use steel wool or fine sandpaper.
