View Full Version : How do I gain weight back in thighs legs

I lost a lot of weight (25lbs) after coming off a diet high in fat. Although I lost that rubber tire where cholesterol builds into a heart attack from hell I also lost a lot of weight in my thigh/hip area. Now my pants don't fit right. Is there a diet and exercises that will help me gain weight (muscle) in that area? I eat eggs, cheese, yogurt, a lot of protein and do squats, but I have a high natural metabolism; it's difficult to gain muscle mass there.

Squats and lunges with weights. Leg curls and extensions. Leg presses.

But don't neglect the rest of your body also.

Hip abductors. They build strong muscles at the thighs.
