I lost a lot of weight (25lbs) after coming off a diet high in fat. Although I lost that rubber tire where cholesterol builds into a heart attack from hell I also lost a lot of weight in my thigh/hip area. Now my pants don't fit right. Is there a diet and exercises that will help me gain weight (muscle) in that area? I eat eggs, cheese, yogurt, a lot of protein and do squats, but I have a high natural metabolism; it's difficult to gain muscle mass there.
