A 10 year old Honda HarmonyII ,great machine has lost power propelling.
I don't believe it is belt driven. Owners manual shows nothing about propelling.
Help.

Hi,
Some of the Hondas had a driveshaft. It was made to be the piece that failed. It can be replaced with virtually no tools. There is a cover over it, I think it is two screws. It has rubber accordion boots at each end that must be eased out of the way. Beneath them are C-shaped thin spring clips, or spring clamps with ears(which require a pair of pliers.) Moving those inward on the shaft will reveal a hardened pin at each end that can be eased out with most anything roughly its size(it is merely a slip-fit.) The clips are moved to the new shaft if it does not come with replacements and the pins reused for the same reason. Boots back and cover back place and you are done.
That does not mean that is what you have; you provided no model number. With it you ca n go the this site and look up your parts:

Peace,
